Do not compare your growth to others'. We are being tended by our Creator who knows exactly what we need and where our gifts can best be put to use.
Fifty-five volunteers from St. John’s Lutheran Church participated in the “God’s Work. Our Hands.” project at Isenberg Elementary School on the afternoon of October 10. The work entailed trimming shrubbery & bushes, cleaning out leaves & debris from the mulched areas, re-mulching, trimming trees, cleaning out overgrown flower beds, and pressure washing the sidewalk. Volunteers also made 30 goody bags for teachers and staff. St. John’s would like to thank BJ & Michael Connor for Thrivent Grant monies and T-shirts. Additional pictures are below.
