The two resolutions brought to the 2023 NC Synod Assembly by the assembly’s Reference & Counsel Committee, chaired this year by Pastor Richard Graf, were both approved after a time of discussion. Rostered ministry candidate, Rahim Brown (pictured above), served as assembly chaplain and faithfully led the assembly in prayer before each deliberation.
