Soaking in the stories of God from Scripture propelled Emmaus to join God’s mission in their own community.
January 22, 2023, was a momentous day for our faith! The Rev. Sally Azar, a Palestinian, became the Holy Land’s first female pastor. She is serving as a pastor in the ELJHL—Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land.
