Called by God and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Spence Taylor Robertson will be ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on Saturday, August 24 at 4:00 p.m. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hickory, NC. The Reverend Dr. Timothy M. Smith, Bishop of the North Carolina Synod, ELCA, ordaining; The Reverend Dr. Steven L. Mowery, Minister of Word and Sacrament, PC (U.S.A.), preaching. All rostered ministers and seminarians are invited to vest and process; the color of the day is red. A fellowship dinner will follow at 6:00 p.m.
