I have been in ministry for 34 years both in Family Ministry and now Outreach Ministry. I have been coaching on a limited basis for several years and enjoy the journey with a client as they work through life, ministry, and issues.
Jennifer Ginn
ELCA Certified, Team Coaching, Discipleship
After 23 years as an active ELCA pastor, along with previous teaching and technical editing experience, I now enjoy coaching faith-based leaders in moving toward their goals. Listening deeply and helping leaders unlock their own capacity to align action with vision are my greatest coaching joys. Beyond coaching, I write for the ELCA’s "Gather" magazine, "Christ in Our Home," and "Word in Season."
Barbara Huffman de Belon
ICF ACC, ELCA Certified, Discipleship, Team Coaching
My coaching journey began in 2017 when my bishop urged me to take the ELCA’s intro course. Since then, I have coached a variety of people that are engaged in God’s work. What gives me particular joy is working with those who want to examine ways of living out Christ’s mission.
Terrance Jacob
ICF ACC, ELCA Certified, Mission Development & Congregational Vitality, Stewardship, Grief
People who lead are not carbon copies of mentors. Throughout history the real leaders accumulated their own life histories, albeit with inspiration from others, to create their “own person.” As a coach, I walk alongside leaders who are willing to carve their own path. We have unique talents/callings and, when freed to thrive, not fearing failure, we can change our world. I coach leaders to discern their callings, form themselves as leaders, and change as needed.
Heidi Kleine
ICF PCC, ELCA Certified, Mission Development & Congregational Vitality, Discipleship, Team Coaching, Healthy Congregations
Discovering the magic of the coaching relationship over the last 10 years has been one of my greatest joys. As the child of a pastor and a church worker myself, I have seen the challenges and the rewards of this work. I love to partner with a ministry leader or their team to move ministry forward in a way that is sustainable. My specialty areas include strategic planning, disciple engagement, pastoral self-care, and healthy congregations.

I long for congregations to thrive. I was blessed to redevelop a small aging congregation with no building. We rebranded ourselves and lived Ephesians 3:20...converting a bowling alley into our mission outpost, sending teams to Burundi, and helping launch a homeless ministry. If you’re passionate about renewal, believe that God’s power is at work in your midst, and long to realize greater Kingdom impact in your ministry, I’d be honored to serve as your coach.

ICF PCC, ELCA Certified, Mission Development & Congregational Vitality, Team Coaching
I've been an ELCA Coach Trainer for 10 years, an ICF and ELCA Certified Mentor Coach, and helped design and mentor the ELCA's Creating Coaching Pathways and Partnerships in our Synods. I love coaching mission developers, senior pastors, and anyone who wants to grow their capacity and agency, to go from being "good" to being "great." I'm retired after 39 years as a parish pastor: 4+ as a solo pastor in a town-and-country parish, 14 years as a team pastor, and 20 as head of staff.
