Part-Time Temporary Worship Accompanist Wanted

Pleasant Hill UMC (Indian Land, SC) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Worship Accompanist to join our music ministry team. This is a temporary part-time position that will play a key role in supporting our worship services and enhancing the musical life of our congregation while we explore our next steps.

Position Highlights:

• Accompany Sunday traditional worship services on piano
• Rehearse with and accompany the Chancel Choir
• Rehearse with the Praise Band on Thursdays and occasionally accompany that service
• Collaborate with Music Leaders and Pastor in planning worship music

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in piano is required
• Organ skills are a plus, but not required
• Experience in church music is preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about worship through music
