Hood Seminary is hosting a three-part series open to the public via Zoom on three consecutive Mondays, beginning March 3, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Samuel Oliver, Jr. will facilitate this examination of the prophetic messages of Obadiah and Habakkuk, focusing on their relevance to the contemporary challenges faced by the Church and its call to shape God’s Kingdom, on earth as it is in heaven. The series will conclude by proposing a framework for modern-day prophetic ministry, drawing on the insights of Walter Brueggemann and James H. Cone.
