Called by God and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Rahim M. Brown will be ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on Friday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m. at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church in Fuquay-Varina, N.C. The Reverend Dr. Timothy M. Smith, Bishop of the North Carolina Synod, ELCA, presiding; The Reverend Kim Carlson, preaching. All rostered ministers and seminarians are invited to vest and process; the color of the day is red.
