Wake Forest University School of Divinity is offering a free hybrid event, Off the Defensive: Cultivating Healthy Dialogue in Political Conflict, on Tuesday, October 29, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Balcony Room, Wait Chapel, or via Zoom. In a particularly polarizing election season, navigating difficult conversations has never been more critical or challenging. Learning how to engage productively with those who push our buttons is essential. This panel conversation will provide practical tools for handling conflict compassionately, maintaining open communication, and moving from defensiveness to collaboration.
