A message from the leaders of the LR/LTSS Alumni Day:
We’re excited to announce the upcoming Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary Alumni Day on Wednesday, April 30, and Thursday, May 1, 2025. The celebration starts with an all-alumni reception on the evening of April 30. On Thursday, the full day of events includes the Yost Lecture with this year’s Yost Lecturer, Savanna Sullivan, LWF Program Executive for Youth, followed by a picnic lunch. The afternoon forum features Dr. Chad Rimmer and Presiding Bishop Elizabeth Eaton on the future of theological education. There also will be time to explore the seminary’s new home on Lenoir-Rhyne’s Hickory campus. This event is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with classmates, faculty, and friends while celebrating our shared heritage and the impact of LTSS. We can’t wait to see you there!
