Since last October, 121 refugees and legal immigrants have integrated into the Salisbury community through Lutheran Services Carolinas’ New Americans Program. On Tuesday, October 8, a discussion about welcoming these New Americans will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at St. John’s, Salisbury. The program is free, though registration is required. RSVP to resettlement director, Grace Gbunblee Knight, by October 6.
