Event Description
An additional opportunity is available to joyfully celebrate and prayerfully send Assistant to the Bishop, Pastor CeCee Mills, as she prepares to move to Chicago to begin her new call as Secretary of the ELCA.
On Wednesday, October 15, at 10:45 a.m., we will send her with a service of Farewell and Godspeed during closing worship at this year’s Fall Convocation—the synod’s annual theological event for rostered ministers, SAMs, and professional church staff. If you are coming to Convo, we’ll see you there!
If not, please make plans to join the Celebration & Sending by livestream. Again, that will happen on Wednesday, October 15, at 10:45 a.m. Come, celebrate, and send Pastor CeCee with prayers of love and steadfastness for her new call.
