Staff & Volunteers
The Heilig Resource Center (HRC) has served the leaders and congregations of the synod since 1955. Need an adult education program? Want to compare kindergarten curriculum options? Looking for advice about reputable publishing companies? Excited to learn how to chair a new committee in your congregation? We can help with all of those!
You may borrow resources for preview or use. And, we can help by e-mail or phone if you are not nearby. Director of Communications & Resources, Catherine Fink, has served in the resource center since 1989; she brings a wealth of experience.
The HRC collection of 7,000+ resources include:
- choir music
- CDs and CD-ROMs
Our synod has recently become a member of the PRC—Practical Resources for Churches.
What is the PRC? Their mission is to provide faith communities time- effective, cost-efficient, and results-oriented programs and services to help your congregation fulfill your mission and ministry.
What does this mean for our synod resource center?
The Heilig Resource Center is still here! And, the HRC will continue to be a resource to you. HRC assistant, Elizabeth Smith works 9-4 each Tuesday and she will still be the first line of help for borrowing resources to use or preview.
Why would I use PRC?
