Abiding Presence Lutheran Church in Fuquay-Varina is seeking a part-time (~20 hours per week) Youth and Children’s Ministry Director to create a welcoming community for all school-aged children and their families. The director will be responsible for planning, developing, and leading Sunday morning faith formation at Children’s Church, which meets during our worship service, as well as leading class for either 3rd through 5th grade Sunday school or confirmation for 6th through 8th graders following the worship service.  The director is responsible for coordinating and leading youth group activities (grades 6-12) two times a month to help youth develop healthy spiritual relationships, grow in faith, and support the mission of the church by “Living God’s Love” as individuals, as a group, and as an important part of our community.
