Called by God and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Kathryn Ann Elkin Ziehr will be ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on Friday, September 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Lutheran Campus Ministry in Chapel Hill. The Reverend Dr. Timothy M. Smith, Bishop of the North Carolina Synod, ELCA, ordaining; The Reverend Dr. Jerusha Matsen Neal, preaching. All rostered ministers and seminarians are invited to vest and process; the color of the day is red. A reception will follow and all are invited!
