Event Description
“Mental Health—An Expanded Landscape” is a virtual event happening on Tuesday, November 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sponsored by the FaithHealth Division-Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and the National Association of Community Health Centers, this year’s John Hatch Lecture Series features keynoter: Victor Armstrong, MSW. Victor recently began his work as NC DHHS Chief Health Equity Officer on October 1, 2021. Additionally, he is currently Director, NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Substance Abuse Services, NC Department of Health and Human Services, with over 30 years of experience in human services, primarily dedicated to building and strengthening community resources to serve individuals living with mental illness. This is a free event, but registration is required.
