Congregations seeking leadership for a called rostered leader position should contact the synod office for  assistance. Synod staff will walk with each congregation council through this intentional process. Additional process details can be found in the Call Process Manual on-line.

Congregations seeking leadership for  non-rostered lay positions may post the  position on our “Career Opportunities” section (see sidebar below).

Rostered leaders interested in a call beyond the NC Synod  may search ministry site opportunities open in congregations and organizations across the church.
